The UBW series magnetic backstop wrench is the most effective tool for preventing nut rotation and is easy to operate.
When loosening nuts, the backstop wrench effectively prevents the nuts from rotating in the reverse direction.

The unlocking bolt is usually placed at about 1/2" from the extended length. The user can adjust the extended length according to the actual situation. Place the backstop wrench on the nut to be operated, rotate clockwise until the unlocking bolt reaches the reaction point. If the unlocking bolt cannot reach the reaction point, the user can slightly rotate the unlocking bolt until it reaches the reaction point. After tightening or loosening the nut with a hydraulic torque wrench, use a manual wrench to loosen the unlocking nut and remove the backstop wrench. Repeat this process.
